By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the gbetmax platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To access real-money games and services on gbetmax, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the gbetmax platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. gbetmax reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gbetmax will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gbetmax immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

gbetmax is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by the Company.

• Accepted ID documents include: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and other government-issued photo IDs.
• Proof of address may include utility bills, bank statements, or barangay certificates dated within the last three months.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

All financial transactions on the gbetmax platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gbetmax supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your gbetmax wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. gbetmax is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• gbetmax reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one banking day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• gbetmax reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected.

gbetmax may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gbetmax reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• gbetmax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

All games available on the gbetmax platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games and betting markets:

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino game outcomes on gbetmax are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. gbetmax does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. gbetmax reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, including for individual player accounts, without prior notice.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gbetmax reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. gbetmax's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on gbetmax are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. gbetmax reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially altered. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at gbetmax's discretion.

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event.
• Bets accepted after the official start time of an event may be voided at gbetmax's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbetmax platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using another player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward gbetmax staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the gbetmax platform or its underlying software.

8.1 Age Restriction

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gbetmax platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any gbetmax content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbetmax, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gbetmax platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, gbetmax specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond gbetmax's control.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the gbetmax platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

Your continued use of the gbetmax platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 13.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the gbetmax platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. gbetmax will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal dispute resolution, the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

13.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
